Game Concept: The MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League is a game of skill, and winners will be determined by the objective criteria set forth herein. From all eligible entries received, winners will be determined by the participant who uses his or her knowledge of the historical events surrounding NHRA Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Bike racing, including relative strengths and weaknesses, to accumulate the most points during the game terms as defined below. Game may not be used in any form of gambling.

Eligibility:  MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of registration and must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.  All employees and immediate family members of MotorSportsPromos LLC, including the advertising, production, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible for prizes. League reserves the right to disqualify any entry form that is incomplete or incorrect.  Prize winners must have a valid, unblocked email address.  Only one entry per person; players must have valid, unrestricted email address.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Those excluded based on residence criteria may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes and/or be designated the winner of any round, quarter or championship; players found to be ineligible to win prizes will be dismissed from game results and prizes will be awarded to the eligible player with the highest points per prize category.

How to Play: The game will follow the actual race results in the following NHRA drag racing classes:
• Top Fuel
• Funny Car
• Pro Stock
• Pro Stock Bike

Players will register the names of eight pro class drivers, at least one driver per class, for all 24 national events and be awarded points according to actual race results.  The player with the most points after each national event is a “Top Dawg” prize winner.

The MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League is divided into quarters.  The one player who scores the most points per quarter wins a prize.

At the end of the season, the top three players in overall scoring will also win prizes.

The Points System: Player's drivers will earn points according to the same scoring system as used by the NHRA. Each Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Bike winner receives 100 points, the runner-up receives 80 points, the third round losers receive 60 points, the second round losers receive 40 points, and the first round losers receives 30 points. Qualifying points are also awarded; the fastest qualifier receives 8 points, the second-fastest qualifier receives 7 points, the third-fastest qualifier receives 6 points, the fourth-fastest qualifier receives 5 points; the fifth and sixth-fastest qualifiers receives 4 points, the seventh and eighth-fastest qualifiers receives 3 points, the ninth-through-twelfth fastest qualifiers receives 2 points, and the thirteenth through sixteenth-fastest qualifiers receives 1 point. Drivers also earn points for officially recognized national records and qualifying attempts but do not receive bonus qualifying points for best times per qualifying sessions.

Odds of Winning: Chances of winning weekly and championship prizes depend upon the total number of entries received and the skill used in choosing drivers.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded on a national event, end-of-quarter and end-of-season basis. Top Dawg prizes will be awarded to the top point scoring team for each national event race weekend or round. One prize per week per category; a tie-breaking system will determine a winner in case of duplicate scores or pick results. First-round tiebreaker will be awarded to the participant with the earliest registration date and time. Top Dawg weekly prizes will be awarded for all 23 scheduled 2010 NHRA national events. Prizes will also be awarded to the one entrant that accumulates the most points for each of the four quarterly games, and to the top three entrants in total points at the end of the game period.  Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, no cash equivalents, no substitutes, except as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners must be domiciled residents of the United States to be eligible for prizes.  All winners automatically grant to sponsor the right to use their name, address and photo for publicity without compensation. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes in connection with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. All costs and expenses not specified herein related to the acceptance and use of the Race for the Countdown prize including, but not limited to, all transportation costs, lodging, meals gratuities and souvenirs, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Prize winners will receive a tax Form 1099-M and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within ten (10) days of notification. In the event of non-compliance, the prize will not be awarded. Neither organizers nor sponsors nor the National Hot Rod Association nor The Coca-Cola Company are responsible for any damages or injury incurred by a MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League entrant as a result of winning.

Race for the Countdown Championship Prizes: 

• 1st place (most points):  Limited edition 1/18 scale Gold CSK funny car collectible, RaceBrick and t-shirt

Additional Rules and Regulations:

Errors: In the event that you believe The Commissioner's Office has made an error, it is the sole responsibility of you, the MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League participant, to inform The Commissioner's Office within seven days of the end of the MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League race week in which you believe the error occurred. All efforts will be made to correct the error; however the decision of The Commissioner's Office is final.

Publicity: MotorSportsPromos reserves the right to use MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League entrant's names for publicity. Winners automatically grant to sponsor the right to use their name and likeness in advertising and promotion of this event without further permission or compensation unless prohibited by law.

Schedule Changes: MotorSportsPromos will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control, that may cause the cancellation of any NHRA national event.  For any reason and without notice, sponsor reserves the right to cancel the MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League without compensation.

Gambling: The MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League may not be used for any form of gambling.

General: By entering the MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League, you (1) acknowledge acceptance of these rules and agree to adhere to and be bound by them, and (2) release, and waive any rights of recovery against or in connection with MotorSportsPromos and its respective sponsors, contractors, agents, officers, and employees from and against any claims, expenses, damages and/or liability incurred by you in connection with or related to the operation of, or your participation in the MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League, and (3) agree to hold MotorSportsPromos harmless from all typographical, statistical, transaction, and communication errors or omissions, and sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant for suspected cheating or non-adherence to these Official Rules.

Additional Legal Disclaimers:  The MotorSportsPromos Drag Racing Fantasy League is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada; players must be 18 years of age or older (if the age of a majority in a jurisdiction is different than 18, you must be of the age of majority within your jurisdiction to be eligible to receive a prize) with a valid internet e-mail address at time of registration. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Those excluded based on residence criteria may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes and/or be designated the winner of any round, quarter or championship. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges which shall be final and binding in all respects. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes in connection with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except by sponsor..  MotorSportsPromos reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize is unavailable. All prize winners may be required to submit valid identification to sponsor and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within ten (10) days following attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to the entrant with the next highest score.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. MotorSportsPromos is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected online entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. Sponsor reserves the right to halt the game at any time during the contest period for any reason. In the event that a scheduled race is canceled or preempted for any reason, no points will be awarded for that week for drivers on the affected teams.

MotorSportsPromos is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this game, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the game.  If any modification to the rules occurs, registered participants will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address on record at the time of notification.  If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of sponsor  which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this game, sponsor  reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, or suspend the game. In such event, sponsor further reserves the right to award the Grand Prize to the player with the most points, as of the termination date.

MotorSportsPromos assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. MotorSportsPromos is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this game. MotorSportsPromos is solely responsible for all aspects of this game, and the National Hot Rod Association and/or The Coca-Cola Company have no responsibility whatsoever.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CSK AUTO, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry or registration. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

MotorSportsPromos reserves the right to halt, modify, or suspend the game at any time due to situations beyond the control of sponsors such as strikes, acts of God, etc.  In the event that the game is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the game, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, sponsor shall have no liability to any players who are disqualified due to such an action.  MotorSportsPromos is solely responsible for all aspects of this game, and National Hot Rod Association and/or the Coca-Cola Company have no responsibility whatsoever.

Limitation of Liability: You expressly understand and agree that the game sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of this game, and the National Hot Rod Association and/or the Coca-Cola Company have no responsibility whatsoever, and that sponsor shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but no limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use of the inability to use the service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions of data; (iii) statements of conduct of any third party on the service; or (iv) any other matter relating to the certain warranties of the limitation of exclusion of liability for incidental of consequential damages.  Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
